Ginger Lemonade
2 quarts boiling water
1 cup sugar
5 slices fresh ginger
1 2/3 to 2 cups lemon juice (about 6 lemons and 4 limes)
Mint leaves (optional)
Add the ingredients to the boiling water. Let it boil again. Remove from stove and let it cool down. Pour into a tall glass with ice. Decorate with mint leaves.
Yield: 6 tall glasses
